The rotational response to cotton/corn rotations has varied from year to year and the variation has not been closely related to potential yield. This oral presentation will examine the effects of cotton/corn rotation and discuss factors that may influence the year-to-year variation. The studies are being conducted at two locations on different soil types with rotational response from yield decline following corn to as much as a 50% increase in yield for cotton following corn.
