Cotton seed quality is of tremendous importance in establishing stands. Two components of seed quality are seed size and cool germination values. Data will be presented from trials evaluating the effect of seed from lots that can be categorized as having varying degrees of size and cool germination values. Trials evaluated cotton seedling emergence, early growth, and yield under normal production practices.
