Susceptibilities of Helicoverpa zea (Boddie) field populations collected across the cotton belt of the U.S.A. to Cry1Ac and Cry2Ab insecticidal toxins were measured in diet incorporated assays. This work is a part of the beltwide monitoring program for detection of resistance to Bt-proteins mandated by U.S. EPA. Results will be discussed.
