Glyphosate-resistant Palmer Amaranth Distribution and Control in North Carolina and Georgia

Glyphosate-resistant Palmer amaranth has been confirmed in Georgia and North Carolina. State-wide field sampling and greenhouse screening were conducted to determine distribution of the resistant biotype. Field experiments were conducted in both states to evaluate various management options.
