An evaluation of five, twenty acre plots of RoundUp Ready Flex/BG II cotton varieties in TN. Each plot was planted in Crockett County TN by five separate growers. Each plot consisted of two ten acre plots of like seed varieties. One plot was sprayed by the same standard as current RoundUp Ready varieties, only over the top applications prior to the fifth true leaf. The other plot was sprayed throughout the entire season with a broadcast, overhead application. Evaluations were conducted to determine the effectiveness of an “all season broadcast” program. Each plot was taken to yield and yield comparisons were also evaluated.
