The study evaluates four different plant growth regulator  management systems, nitrogen managment, and variety maturity. The plant growth regulator (PGR) management strategies examined are low rate multiple applications, modified early bloom (current VA extension recommendations), a two application grower standard, and no PGR systems. The nitrogen management strategies were a single sidedress application and a split sidedress application at matchhead square and another at first bloom. The data collected was in-season plant height, plant mapping at 50% open bolls, lint yield, and fiber quality.
