Early Season Insect Control

Experiments were conducted in the Mississippi Delta to evaluate early season insect control in cotton. Topics to be addressed will include the impact of at-planting insecticides (seed treatments and aldicarb) on thrpis and aphid populations, foliar control of thrips and aphids, and early season control of tarnished plant bugs.
