Over the years, research laboratories have accumulated large quantities of cotton fiber quality measurements from HVI and AFIS.  This data is an untapped resource of information that remains largely unexplored due to a lack of tools available that are specifically suited to that purpose.  To overcome this deficit, we have developed a data mining tool based on the latest clustering techniques that allows a user to interactively explore these cotton fiber quality measurements.
