Nematode Control in Cotton with Planting and Post-Planting Applications of NemOutTM (Paecilomyces lilacinus strain 251)

NemOut, Paeciloymyces lilacinus strain 251, was evaluated for control of root knot and reniform nematode control in cotton in Louisiana, Mississippi, Arkansas, Alabama, Georgia and Virginia.  NemOut was applied at planting time and at the 4-7 leaf stage using several different application methods.  Treatment efficacy was evaluated using soil sampling to quantify nematode populations, plant growth characteristics and crop yield.
