Effects of Surface Application of Nitrogen Fertilizer Sources on Cotton Yield and Quality - A Two Year Summary

Granular and liquid nitrogen fertilizer sources were evaluated at two rates in 2006 and 2007.  Cotton was planted into residue from fall planted rye in mid-April both years. All fertilizer sources were surface applied in early June. Cotton growth was monitored through the growing season and cotton yield and quality measured for all treatments.
