Current label restrictions for Roundup Ready Flex seed production prohibit producers from applying any Glyphosate over the top after first bloom. This restriction was put into place after an increase of abnormal seedlings was observed when First generation Roundup Ready cotton was sprayed with Glyphosate over the top late in the growing season. The effect on seed quality if any, after late season over the top application of Glyphosate on Roundup Ready Flex cotton seed is unknown at this time. This comprises the results of a number of locations investigating the effect late season Glyphosate applications has on seed quality on Roundup Ready Flex Cotton.
