M. Ibrahim Ali1, R. G. Luttrell1, and Craig Abel2. (1) University of Arkansas, 321 AGRI, Fayetteville, AR 72701, (2) USDA-ARS, 141 Experiment Station Road, Stoneville, MS 38776

Susceptibilities of Helicoverpa zea (Boddie) field populations collected across the cotton belt of the U.S.A. to Cry1Ac and Cry2Ab insecticidal toxins were measured in diet incorporated assays. This work is a part of the beltwide monitoring program for detection of resistance to Bt-proteins mandated by U.S. EPA. Results will be discussed.
