NG 1572RF is a new Roundup Ready® Flex variety that is planned for release in 2007. It is novel germplasm. It is a very early maturing variety with a highly storm tolerant boll. This will be the only Roundup Ready Flex variety in this maturity class that will be available in the NexGen brand. It will be well adapted for areas of the northern High Plains of Texas, Oklahoma and Kansas. It will also have an excellent fit as a late-planted or replant variety in the southern High Plains or Rolling Plains of Texas.
