Conservation Security Program Seminar
2006 marks the 3rd year of implementation of the Conservation Security Program. The CSP, administered by USDA's Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS), is a voluntary program that provides financial and technical assistance to promote the conservation and improvement of soil, water, air, energy, plant and animal life, and other conservation purposes on Tribal and private working lands. Every cotton-producing state has eligible watersheds. This seminar will provide valuable information to producers on how they may qualify and what type of benefits they may be eligible for. Seminar speakers will include NRCS national and state officials as well as producers will actual experience in the program. Come learn more about this new and innovative conservation program.
