Harvest-Aid Performance and Rainfastness of WP and SC Formulations of Dropp

Josh Bynum and Tom Cothren. Texas A&M University, 370 Olsen Blvd., College Station, TX 77840

A one-year study was conducted at the Texas Agricultural Experiment Station in Burleson County, Texas, to examine the effects of rain fastness and harvest-aid performance of SC and WP formulations of Dropp on cotton defoliation. This study contained fifteen different treatments. The treatments were replicated four times in a randomized complete block design on forty inch row spacing. The parameters examined included defoliation and regrowth rates as well as lint yield and fiber quality. All collected data was subjected to the mixed procedure of SAS v9.0. Preliminary analysis indicates significant differences among treatments.
