A. C. York, North Carolina State University, Campus Box 7620, Raleigh, NC 27695-7620, A. M. Stewart, LSU AgCenter, Dean Lee Research Station, 8105 Tom Bowman Drive, Alexandria, LA 71302, and Joel C. Faircloth, Virginia Tech, 6321 Holland Rd, Suffolk, VA 23437.

Research presented will include results from evaluations of Roundup Ready Flex varieties in 2005. The varieties have been evaluated in three divergent environments for yield and other agronomic characteristics. Each of the varieties for which data will be presented are new to the market and no data currently exist. Results should aid producers, consultants, and companies in making decisions regarding the adaptability of these new varieties in North Carolina, Louisiana, and Virginia. Moreover, a comparison of data across locations may help indicate the regional adaptability of these new varieties.
