Rano Asadovna Ismatova, Mahmud Karshievich Butaev, Otamurod Urazovich Kuldoshev, and Hursand Ishankulova. Uzbek Scientific Research Institute of Veterinary, Taylak District, A. Beruniy st., Samarkand, 704453, Uzbekistan

In the condition of Uzbekistan's hot climate earlier conducted the single investigation on the chemical composition and maintenance of pathogenic microorganisms in the watering water, and as for the relation to the man's health such investigation were not conducted in the last ten years. In connection with this investigation of such indicators as coli-titre, coli-index, the chemical composition is new. The unique conducting of such investigations of the watering water, enriched by organic fertilizations (liquid manure watering), the investigation in the season (spring, summer, autumn) and zone(north-Tashkent, east-Ferghana, south-Kashkadarya, west-Khorezm, center-Sirdarya and Samarqand regions) aspects are new and distinguished from the other similar investigations. Under chemical investigation of water sample it is established that in the contents of water samples from Khorezm region as by way of liquid manure, so as under usual watering, and also in the samples, taken from the end of the field, the contents of sulphates were higher than the norm in 1,5-2,5 times and made up 868-1338mg equivalent. decimeter cube (norm 500 equivalent. decimeter cube), the water thickness made up 10,5-16mg equivalent. decimeter cube, then the normal thickness 7mg equivalent. decimeter cube. In the water samples, received from Samarqand and Tashkent regions, these indicators were in the limit of norm. Results of investigations of an artesian water from Kashkadarya region showed that the contents of salt of calcium in the amount 182mg equivalent. decimeter cube, magnesium 85,1mg equivalent decimeter cube, that it is a few exceeded in compare with the water from Talimarjon water reservoir, in which the contents of salts accordingly was in the limit of norm(6,8-8,2 mg equivalent decimeter cube). Under the investigation of irrigation ditch and artesian water samples of cotton field of Ferghana region with the liquid manure and without liquid manure showed the absence of nitrites, and the contents of nitrates and chlorides in the limit of norm, the contents of sulphates under the usual irrigation just in the way out from the field in 1, 2 times higher the norm. The contents of salt nitrogen (nitrates and nitrites) in the water samples from Samarqand and Kashkadarya regions became relatively high. As a result of investigations it is established by us that the indicators of sulphates under usual watering in all geographic zones of republic was in the limit of norm except Khorezm, but these indicators were exceeded in 1,3 times in Khorezm region, the amount of sulphates in the water samples under the liquid manure watering from all regions were higher the norm in 1,3-1,5 times. But as for the rest chemical compositions the significant exceeding of standardized indicators are not registered.
